Every thesis runs through the six-stage Conviction-Based Opportunity Mapping framework, with RBP® at its valuation core. No shortcuts. Price targets are the output of the method, not the input.
Analyst Anonymity
Our analysts publish under PRZC Research, not personal brands. This is a structural defence against the incentives that capture named sell-side analysts — career risk, relationship management, access trading.
Publish the Failures
When a thesis is wrong, the follow-up is published with the same prominence as the original. The scorecard is public. The six-month review is non-negotiable. Track records only mean something when they include the losses.
Adversarial Thinking
The bull and bear cases are both argued in full. A thesis that cannot survive its own strongest counter-argument does not get published. We look for what the consensus has priced in — and whether it is achievable.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Excellent modeling skills and experience with complex valuation methodologies
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Private Equity Research Associate
Join our private equity research team to conduct comprehensive analyses of potential investment targets, focusing on business models, market positioning, growth drivers, and valuation metrics. You'll provide actionable insights throughout the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing to exit strategy development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling
- Excellent understanding of business valuation techniques
- Experience with due diligence processes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- MBA or master's degree in Finance/Economics preferred
Data Scientist
As a Data Scientist at PRZC Research, you'll develop and implement advanced analytical models to extract insights from complex datasets. You'll work closely with our research teams to transform unstructured information into actionable intelligence that drives our research and advisory services.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience applying data science techniques in a business context
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business insights
- Experience with financial data analysis preferred
Business Development Strategist
